The Country Village Arts Colony – Country Village has its own organization dedicated to spreading the word about philanthropy. They have recently partnered with the Jurupa Valley Arts Council. Our first art show was a huge success. We look forward to the upcoming events put on by this outstanding group of Artists!
The Jurupa Valley Arts Council
The Jurupa Valley Arts Council is formed and organized as a charitable organization with the purpose of raising funds and developing resources that promote and encourage the advancement of art appreciation in Jurupa Valley, including all phases of the cultural arts, art in public places and art education. The Jurupa Valley Arts Council is a member of the Jurupa Valley Community Foundation.

Our fully equipped sewing room is a popular gathering place where residents sew, quilt, and make items which are donated to Loma Linda Children’s Hospital, City of Hope, the VA Hospital and the Alzheimer’s foundation .

This is a gathering place for residents to practice their many faiths and to gather for study groups.

This full service center provides the latest technology and instruction for residents.
Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)
The safety of our residents is very important to us so we have partnered with the Jurupa Valley Citizens Corps, an affiliate of FEMA. This group is a Community Preparedness Council which educates residents and assists them with emergency planning and preparation. A number of residents, security guards and staff members have completed CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) training which includes CPR and Emergency Radio Communications certification. Country Village is one of the central locations in our area for first responders. We have a collection of medical, triage and light search and rescue equipment stored on the property.
Senior Citizens Club
This volunteer group also has an office on-site, from which they organize a number of social events. They are responsible for weekly Bingo and many other activities that are enjoyed by the entire community. They have elected to donate the proceeds from Bingo to the local fire department at a large event held annually. We are the single largest financial donor for the Annual Toy Drive.
The Fitness Club

The Fitness Club was created to keep our residents active. The residents meet outside of the leasing office at 9:30 pm every Thursday to walk for about 45 minutes. Pang Pang our mascot also goes for a walk and the residents are welcome to bring their dogs as well.
Veterans Association
Country Village Veterans Association
The Veterans maintain an office on-site where volunteers make themselves available to assist the many veterans who live within the community. They work closely with the Riverside County Veterans Administration, Veterans Hospital, National Cemetery and a number of other veterans’ organizations. They assist veterans with benefits, provide information and offer a support group which can be live-saving to needy veterans. This is also a social group, often organizing events, trips or participating in parades, generally making themselves known throughout the county.
Chess Club
The Country Village Chess Club meets weekly to engage in a challenging match of chess.
